End User License Agreement

Gold Standard Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ani-Me on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this EULA and the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the application.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Ani-Me.
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of Ani-Me.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Ani-Me.
• Use Ani-Me for any commercial purpose without written authorization from GSG.
• Use Ani-Me to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You grant GSG a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share using Ani-Me.

You represent that you have the right to use any photos you upload, including consent from individuals depicted in those photos. GSG is not responsible for content you generate or share.

You may not use Ani-Me to generate:

• Sexually explicit content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content depicting minors in any sexual context.
• Defamatory content targeting real individuals.
• Content designed to incite violence or hatred.
• Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

Ani-Me requires credits to generate videos. Credits are available through monthly subscriptions or one-time credit packs, purchased through the Apple App Store. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not carry over. Purchased credit pack credits do not expire.

Your use of Ani-Me is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using Ani-Me, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

GSG may update Ani-Me at any time to add features, fix bugs, or modify functionality. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of those updates.

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete Ani-Me from your devices. GSG may also terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms or our broader Terms of Service.

Ani-Me is provided "as is." GSG makes no warranties about the quality, accuracy, or availability of generated videos. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSG shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Ani-Me.

You acknowledge that Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary to this EULA and that Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary. GSG, not Apple, is solely responsible for Ani-Me and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Ani-Me.
