• Process your photo-to-video requests in Ani-Me.
• Deliver AI-generated market forecasts in FluxCanvas.
• Manage your subscription and process payments through Apple.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your photos or prompts to train our AI models for any purpose other than generating your requested video.

Generated videos are stored temporarily to deliver them to your device and are deleted from our servers within 30 days unless you have enabled sharing. Shared videos are retained as long as the share link remains active; you can delete them at any time from within the app.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with AI model providers, cloud storage providers, and analytics services that help us operate our products. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Apple: Subscription and purchase information is handled by Apple under their privacy policy.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
