End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING FLUXCANVAS.

FluxCanvas provides AI-generated market analysis, intelligence summaries, confidence scores, and forecasts for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in FluxCanvas constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, securities recommendations, or any other form of professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

Forecasts and confidence scores are generated by AI models processing data from third-party sources. They represent algorithmic pattern recognition based on signal alignment — not human expert analysis, not guaranteed outcomes, and not predictions of future performance. Historical patterns processed by the AI do not guarantee future results.

Do not make any financial, investment, or trading decision based solely or primarily on FluxCanvas content. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. GSG is not a registered investment adviser and is not licensed to provide investment advice under U.S. securities laws or the laws of any jurisdiction.

Reign Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Gold Standard Group ("GSG," "we," "our," or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FluxCanvas on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the application or its content.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FluxCanvas. By using FluxCanvas, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You may not use FluxCanvas if you are located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or if you have been designated as a Specially Designated National or placed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of FluxCanvas or any FluxCanvas content.
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of FluxCanvas.
• Redistribute, publish, or resell FluxCanvas forecast content, intelligence cards, or confidence scores for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from GSG.
• Use FluxCanvas data, forecasts, or signals in any automated trading system, algorithmic decision engine, or financial product without GSG's express written consent.
• Scrape, extract, harvest, or aggregate FluxCanvas content through automated means or unauthorized APIs.
• Represent FluxCanvas outputs as your own original research, analysis, or professional advice.
• Use FluxCanvas in any way that violates applicable laws, including securities laws and financial regulations.

FluxCanvas aggregates and processes data from multiple third-party sources, including but not limited to financial data providers, news aggregators, RSS feeds, public market data, and technology intelligence feeds. GSG makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, forecast, confidence score, or intelligence output.

Third-party data sources may experience delays, outages, inaccuracies, or changes in coverage that are beyond GSG's control. Data quality issues from upstream providers may affect the accuracy of FluxCanvas outputs.

Confidence scores reflect internal signal alignment within the AI model — they do not represent the probability of a specific market outcome, and a high confidence score does not indicate that a forecast is accurate or reliable.

FluxCanvas relies on third-party data providers, AI model infrastructure, cloud services, and content delivery networks. By using FluxCanvas, you acknowledge that:

• Service availability depends in part on the availability of third-party providers outside GSG's control.
• Data quality and coverage depend on third-party providers and may change without notice.
• GSG is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, delays, or outages caused by third-party providers.
• Third-party providers may impose their own terms governing the use of their data.

Premium FluxCanvas features require a subscription, processed through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions and in-app purchases:

• Free tier: Access to the art marketplace at standard pricing. Intelligence cards and forecast content require a Premium subscription.
• Premium subscription: Available on a monthly or annual recurring basis. Provides access to all current and future intelligence cards, full forecast content, and a 15% discount automatically applied to all artwork purchases in the FluxCanvas art store.
• Coaching credits: Available as add-on consumable in-app purchases for all users. Credits are consumed upon redemption and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Art store: Open to all users, including non-subscribers. Premium members receive a 15% discount automatically applied at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: GSG does not issue refunds for unused portions of subscription periods or consumed coaching credits except where required by applicable law. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
• Price changes: GSG may change subscription prices with advance notice through the application or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

The FluxCanvas art store offers print-on-demand artwork generated by the FluxCanvas AI system. All art purchases are final. Prints are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers. GSG is not responsible for fulfillment delays, shipping issues, or product quality variations by fulfillment partners.

Art purchased through the store is licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit purchased artwork without written authorization from GSG.

FluxCanvas, including all underlying technology, AI models, software, design, branding, forecast methodologies, intelligence frameworks, and proprietary analytical systems including the GS50 framework, is the exclusive property of GSG and its licensors.

GS50 methodology, indices, and derived signals are proprietary to GSG. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or publish GS50-derived content without written authorization. Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide about FluxCanvas become the property of GSG without any compensation or obligation to you.

Your use of FluxCanvas is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. FluxCanvas collects usage analytics to improve forecast delivery, app performance, and intelligence quality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Usage data and preferences may be retained to personalize your experience and improve the service. You should not rely on FluxCanvas for permanent storage of any data you wish to preserve.

FluxCanvas is provided on an "as available" basis. Forecasts are refreshed approximately every three hours, but GSG does not guarantee any specific refresh schedule or forecast frequency. GSG may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time.
• Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.
• Change AI models, data sources, forecast methodologies, or intelligence card structures.
• Limit access during periods of high demand, data provider outages, or system maintenance.
• Discontinue specific intelligence domains, card categories, or data sources.

GSG is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability, forecast delays, or changes to features or data coverage.

FLUXCANVAS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GSG expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose (including suitability for investment decisions), non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. GSG does not warrant that FluxCanvas will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any forecasts, confidence scores, or intelligence outputs will be accurate, complete, or timely.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GSG and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of FluxCanvas.
• Any financial, investment, or trading decision you make based on FluxCanvas content.
• Your violation of this EULA, applicable law, or any third-party rights.
• Any claim that your use of FluxCanvas caused harm to a third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, investment losses, trading losses, or other financial losses, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use FluxCanvas.

GSG's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to this EULA or FluxCanvas shall not exceed the total amount you paid to GSG in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, GSG's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this EULA or your use of FluxCanvas that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org.

Class Action Waiver: You and GSG each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying GSG in writing within 30 days of first accepting this EULA. To opt out, send written notice to thegoldstandardgrp@gmail.com or by mail to 30 N. Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801 with the subject line or notation "Arbitration Opt-Out," including your full name and the email address associated with your account. Opting out does not affect any other provision of this EULA.

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting GSG at thegoldstandardgrp@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of that notice, either party may commence arbitration.

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any claim not subject to arbitration under Section 15, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

This EULA is between you and GSG only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for FluxCanvas or its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance, support, warranty, or product liability services for FluxCanvas.

GSG, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to FluxCanvas or your possession and use of FluxCanvas, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that FluxCanvas fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; and (iv) intellectual property infringement claims.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary to this EULA and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete FluxCanvas from your devices. GSG may suspend or terminate access for violations of this EULA, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or for any other reason at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees.

GSG may update this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Continued use of FluxCanvas after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using FluxCanvas.

If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The failure of GSG to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and GSG concerning FluxCanvas and supersedes all prior agreements.
